Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wayne Super Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
Eligible Items
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Eligible Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@waynesuperstore.org with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with an exchange. Contact us at support@waynesuperstore.org and we'll get you sorted out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
